PCL-PEG-COOH是一种最常用的药物封装可生物降解聚合物药物增溶和药,聚(ε-己内酯)-嵌段聚(乙二醇)-羧酸(PCL-PEG-COOH)是一种功能性两亲嵌段共聚物(ABC),一端是亲水链段-羧基聚乙二醇,一端是亲油链段-聚己内酯。其在PEG嵌段末端具有羧基,PCL-PEG是用于药物递送的最常用的可生物降解ABC聚合物之一。通过调整分子量或者亲水/亲油链段的比值,PCL-PEG-COOH可以作为不同种类的药物载体材料,并且可以提供药物的水溶性以及包封率和载药量。可以用于制备胶束、微球、微囊、囊泡,用于实现药物的缓释、控释,也可以用于亲水性较好的组织工程支架材料。羧基功能化PEG可以用来修饰蛋白、抗体、多肽等等。羧基可以和氨基反应形成稳定的酰胺键,也可以和羟基形成酯键。羧基化PEG在生物工程领域有着广泛的应用,粒子表面改性,生物分子聚乙二醇化等。

 

Pcl-peg-cooh is one of the most commonly used drug encapsulation biodegradable polymers for drug solubilization and drug, poly( ε- Caprolactone) - block poly (ethylene glycol) - carboxylic acid (pcl-peg-cooh) is a functional amphiphilic block copolymer (ABC). One end is hydrophilic segment carboxy polyethylene glycol and the other end is lipophilic segment polycaprolactone. PCL-PEG is one of the most commonly used biodegradable ABC polymers for drug delivery. By adjusting the molecular weight or the ratio of hydrophilic / lipophilic segments, pcl-peg-cooh can be used as different kinds of drug carrier materials, and can provide the water solubility, encapsulation efficiency and drug loading of drugs. It can be used to prepare micelles, microspheres, microcapsules and vesicles, to achieve sustained-release and controlled release of drugs, and can also be used as tissue engineering scaffold materials with good hydrophilicity. Carboxyl functionalized peg can be used to modify proteins, antibodies, polypeptides and so on. Carboxyl group can react with the amino group to form stable amide bond, and can also form ester bond with the hydroxyl group. Carboxylated peg has been widely used in the field of bioengineering, such as particle surface modification and PEGylation of biomolecules.
