为华生物PLA 聚乳酸的简介和应用说明

PLA聚乳酸是白色粉末或白色无定型材料，玻璃化温度50-60℃，不溶于水、醇及醚，易溶于氯仿、二氯甲烷、THF、二氧六环、DMF等有机溶剂，广泛用于药物的缓控释载体和可吸收骨折内固定骨钉、骨板和可吸收缝合线等。为华生物可提供外消旋聚乳酸DL-PLA、左旋聚乳酸PLLA和右旋聚乳酸PDLA，其中PLLA为结晶型聚合物，Tg温度为60-65℃。聚乳酸（PLA）是一种真正的生物塑料无毒、无刺激性具有良好的生物相容性，可生物分解吸收，强度高不污染环境可塑性号易于加工成型。

PLA polylactic acid is a white powder or white amorphous material, with a glass transition temperature of 50-60 ℃, insoluble in water, alcohol and ether, and easily soluble in chloroform, dichloromethane, THF, dioxane, DMF and other organic solvents. It is widely used as a slow and controlled release carrier of drugs and absorbable bone nails, bone plates and absorbable sutures for internal fixation of fractures. Weihua bio can provide racemic polylactic acid (DL-PLA), left-handed polylactic acid (PLLA) and right-handed polylactic acid (pdla), wherein PLLA is a crystalline polymer with a Tg temperature of 60-65 ℃.
