PLGA-PEG-NH2由亲水性嵌段聚乙二醇(PEG)和疏水性嵌段聚丙交酯-乙交酯(PLGA)组成的两亲性AB二嵌段共聚物,一端是亲水链段-氨基聚乙二醇,一端是亲油链段-PLGAPEG聚合物被氨基封端。通过调整分子量或者亲水/亲油链段比值,可以作为不同种类药物的载体材料,并提高药物的水溶性以及包封率和载药量。可制成载药的微球、微囊、囊泡、胶束,用于实现药物的缓释、控释,靶向给药;也可作为成亲水性较好的组织工程支架材料。氨基功能化PEG可以用于材料改性;氨基和很多基团可以反应,如:羧基,活性酯,醛基,酸酐,酰氯等,修饰蛋白质,肽和其他材料。

Plga-peg-nh2 is an amphiphilic AB diblock copolymer composed of hydrophilic block polyethylene glycol (PEG) and hydrophobic block polylactide glycolide (PLGA). One end is hydrophilic segment aminopolyethylene glycol and the other end is lipophilic segment PLGA. The peg polymer is terminated by amino groups. By adjusting the molecular weight or hydrophilic / lipophilic segment ratio, it can be used as a carrier material for different kinds of drugs, and improve the water solubility, encapsulation efficiency and drug loading of drugs. Drug loaded microspheres, microcapsules, vesicles and micelles can be prepared to realize sustained-release, controlled release and targeted drug delivery; It can also be used as tissue engineering scaffold material with good hydrophilicity. Amino functionalized peg can be used for material modification; Amino groups can react with many groups, such as carboxyl groups, active esters, aldehydes, anhydrides, acyl chlorides, etc., to modify proteins, peptides and other materials.
